New Norm Bowl 21.5 cm is ideal for serving small side dishes at the dining table or it can be used for offering up a generous portion of soup or ramen.

The Scandinavian simplicity and purity of New Norm Dinnerware has won peoples hearts all over the world. A Menu bestseller, the series has a uniquely Nordic feel with a minimal edge detail and subtly varying glaze. The earthtone colour palette provides the perfect backdrop to any meal, simplistic or complex.

Each new addition to the family is tested in Höst, a leading Copenhagen restaurant. And we don’t just care about aesthetics - all designs are colour hand-glazed and burned twice at 1400 degrees for maximum durability. Around 100 people are involved in the process of crafting, quality controlling and carrying for each piece. The production takes place in a state of the art European factory, specialising in porcelain for restaurants and hotels.

The bowl is finished with a special glaze in the colour which gives the porcelain its elegant, watercolour–like texture.
