Distinguished by its colourful line details, the Colour stool from Karimoku is a perfect union of traditional Japanese and contemporary European styling. The shape of the bottom of the seat as well as the joints between the seat and the legs are made according to the highest standards of Japanese craftsmanship.

Crafted from solid maple the Colour Stool is compact in size and suitable for even the smallest living spaces. Lightweight but strong, this stool can easily be moved between the entrance hall, the kitchen, the bedroom or the living room.

The Graphic grid lines on this stool area trademark of the designers Scholten & Baijings. Routed indentations are sprayed with a vibrant, coloured paint. All surplus paint sprayed onto the seat's surface is then sanded away by hand, leaving the only colour inside the groves.
