The Palissade Soft Quilted Cushion has been designed to add comfort and perfectly fit several furniture pieces from the Palissade range.
Crafted in fabric with a water-repellent finish, the cushion features an anti-slip backing and is filled with soft and thick foam crumb and silicon fibre ball padding. The fabric has a high UV resistance, meaning it is fade-resistant with good colour fastness properties. The cushions are available in four colours and can be used all year round. There are also 'quilted' and 'plain' cushions available for the Palissade Collection.
Palissade is a collection of 19 different outdoor furniture pieces that share the same principle geometry. Created by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec for HAY, Palissade grew from a period of research at their studio into outdoor furniture typologies. The collection is visually light yet reassuringly strong. Combining archetypal furniture references and simplicity in form, HAY have produced an instant classic.
Products in this range are intended to be used over a longer period of time and become more beautiful over the years. The collection is suited to a wide variety of environments, from cafés and restaurants to gardens, terraces and balconies.

There are few, if any, designers as well renowned and respected as Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec - often known simply as the Bouroullec Brothers. Ronan is a graduate of the École supérieure des Arts décoratifs in Paris and Erwan attended the École nationale supérieure des Arts in Cergy before starting their own studio together in Paris.
The design duo started their practice as joint partners in 1999 and quickly established a reputation for offering a new perspective on materiality and purpose.
